INTRODUCTION
EWURA’s powers are derived from Orders that are issued pursuant to Cap 414 and pursuant to the sector legislation. Orders that may be issued by EWURA include those that are made in respect of tariff applications, orders made with respect to licences issued to regulated suppliers and any other order as may be necessary for better carrying out of its functions.
